Important Note

Every project is different. Results depend on the quality of your original source footage. While I use advanced A.I. tools and hands-on manual finishing to push every spot as far as it can go, some source limitations may remain — including minor artifacts, softness, or compression noise — depending on the condition of the original file. I will be upfront with you if your footage has significant limitations before work begins. You'll always know what to expect. My goal is to give your work the best possible second life.

By submitting footage, you confirm that you have the rights to the material. Up to :60 runtime. Longer projects quoted separately — contact us before purchasing.

Common Questions

Why does the image size change after remastering?

Original SD footage was shot and mastered for screens that no longer exist. A standard-definition spot from the 90s or early 2000s was typically 640×480 pixels — built for a CRT television. Today's screens are 1920×1080 or higher. To fill a modern screen without looking like a postage stamp, the footage has to be scaled up. Our process doesn't just stretch pixels — it analyzes every frame and reconstructs detail that compression destroyed, filling the image intelligently to HD resolution. Some reframing is normal and expected. Think of it like a film restoration — the image is being rebuilt for a world the original wasn't made for.

What formats do you accept?

Most standard video formats work — MP4, MOV, AVI, MXF, ProRes. If you're pulling from an old tape transfer or DVD rip, that's fine too. If you're unsure about your file, reach out before purchasing and I'll tell you straight whether it's workable.

Will it look perfect?

Honest answer: it depends on what you start with. The better the original — even at SD — the better the result. Clean photography, controlled lighting, and stable camera work all remaster beautifully. Heavily compressed, interlaced, or damaged footage has limits that no process can fully overcome. I'll always tell you upfront if your source has significant limitations, and I won't take your money if I don't think I can deliver something worth showing.

How do I get my footage to you?

After payment you'll receive a Google Drive upload link. Drop your file there along with any notes — the spot name, what you're hoping to use it for, anything relevant. No file size limits. No account required.

How long does it take?

Up to one week — but most projects come back faster. Turnaround depends on queue volume at the time of submission. You'll get an email confirmation when your spot is in the queue, and another when it's delivered.

What if my spot is longer than :60?

Contact us before purchasing and we'll give you a custom quote. Longer projects are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on complexity and runtime.

Do I retain rights to my footage?

Yes, completely. You own your work. We simply remaster it and return it to you. We don't store, share, or use your footage for anything else.
